Antonios Broumas is a technology lawyer, an independent researcher and a digital rights activist. He studied law at the University of Athens, Greece. He holds LL.M. degrees in philosophy of law from the University of Athens and in information technology and electronic communications law from the University of Strathclyde, UK. He is a PhD candidate at the University of Westminster. His main areas of interest, research and writing focus on the interaction between law, technology and society. Antonis currently practices law with emphasis in electronic communications, intellectual property and data protection law and administers the website www.lawandtech.eu
